Arugula salad pizza

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Marinara sauce
1 \N 12\" pizza crust
6 ounces Fresh mozzarella -- slice
\N \N Thin
4 cups Arugula or watercress;
\N \N Wash -- chop coarse
¾ cup Plum tomatoes -- diced
¼ cup Red onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan -- grated
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Preheat oven to 450~. Spread sauce over crust; sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine arugula, tomaotes, onions, Parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl; toss. Spoon salad on center of hot pizza. Per Slice: 310 Cal, 9 gr Fat.
