1 pack | (10 oz.) of frozen artichokes |
3 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
¼ cup | Olive oil |
3 \N | Peppercorns |
1 pinch | Thyme |
1 pinch | Fennel seed |
1 pinch | Coriander seed |
1 small | Bay leaf |
1. In a large, heavy skillet, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 tbsp of this liquid.
