Arnaud's salad dressing for shrimp

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons Virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
4 teaspoons Creole mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
½ bunch Heart of celery
½ Chopped sweet onion
1 tablespoon Parsley

Mix all and marinate cold cooked shrimp for several hours.
