Applesauce-raisin muffins

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour, self-rising
¼ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
1 each Egg; beaten
¾ cup Applesauce
½ cup Milk
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Oil, salad

Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full. Bake at 425 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
