Apple fritters ( ob'l puffers )

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Powdered sugar |
| ⅓ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | Med Apple, sour, thinly slic | |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Egg, well beaten | |
Directions
Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat the egg and add the milk and stir into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add the sliced apples.
