|150 grams||Apple flesh|
|20 grams||Lemon Juice|
|10 grams||Almond Oil|
|10 grams||Wheatgerm Oil|
|10 grams||Egg White|
|20 drops||Essential oil of Marigold|
1. Peel and core the apple. Remove any discoloured parts and dice. 2.
Place in a blender add all the other ingredients and blend for a minute at low speed and a minute at high speed.
Depending on the amount of juice in the apple, the cream may be too wet or too dry. If so, add a teaspoon of rice flour or more lemon juice and blend for another minute.
