Apple custard pie

2 \N Egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Apples; peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 \N Pie crust (9 inch)

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:20 In top of double boiler, combine egg yolks and sugar. Add butter, apples a water in double boiler, stirring constantly until thickened.
