Anthony's moutwatering meatballs

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Ground Beef
½ pounds Ground Pork
½ pounds Ground Veal
1 \N Egg
2 \N Cloves Garlic; Minced
¼ cup Romano Cheese; Grated
¼ cup Fresh Parsley; Chopped
3 slices White Bread; Pulled Apart
2 tablespoons Water
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Crisco Natural Blend

Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss bread pieces with water and add to meat mixture. Mix well. Add breadcrumbs to mix and then form into balls. Heat oil in large frying pan, and add meatballs in a single layer and cook on medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Flip. Cook for 4-6 minutes more (until done). Drain in a paper-towel lined bowl.
