1 pounds | Feta cheese -- crumbled |
2 bunches | Fresh cilantro or parsley -- |
\N \N | Coarsely chopped |
8 ounces | Angel hair pasta |
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the drain and toss with sauce. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8 as appetizer or side dish.
