In a separate bowl, mix 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1½ ts baking powder, 2 ts cinnamon, ½ ts salt, ½ ts baking soda, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 small box Instant Vanilla Pudding and mix well.
