American garlic and parsley bread

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Wheat germ
3 tablespoons Wheat bran
1¾ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1½ tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Parsley; fresh chopped
1¼ cup Water
