Ambrosia parfait

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Milk; 2%
8 ounces Pineapple, crushed; drain & reserve juice
1 pack Vanilla sugarfree pudding; 4 serving size
1 small Banana; diced
1 cup Strawberries; sliced
¼ cup Coconut

Pour milk and reserved juice from pineapple into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in banana.

Spoon ½ of the pudding mixture evenly in 6 dessert glasses. Layer with strawberries, pineapple and coconut. Spoon remaining pudding mixture over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 110 calories and 2½ grams fat. Source: Kraft ad Submitted By MEG ANTCZAK On 06-08-95
