2tablespoonsCelery -- chop fine
1tablespoonParsley -- chop fine
2tablespoonsShallots -- chop fine
2teaspoonsLemon pepper
½teaspoonSalt
¼cupBread crumbs
Flour to dredge
1cupCooking oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients, form into 1" balls. Allow to set for 1 hour.
