| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion -- chop fine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Celery -- chop fine |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley -- chop fine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Shallots -- chop fine |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| Flour to dredge | ||
| 1 | cup | Cooking oil |
Directions
Mix all ingredients, form into 1" balls. Allow to set for 1 hour.
