All american loaf

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour; unbleached
½ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Rolled oats
¼ cup Cornmeal
¼ cup Pumpernickel flour; (I used rye)
¼ cup Sunflower seeds
¼ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Bread boost; (or use gluten)
2 teaspoons Dry yeast
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Buttermilk powder (or dried milk)
3 tablespoons Butter; softened
1 cup Lukewarm water; (1 to 1 1/4)

Put all ingredients in bread machine and start "dough" cycle. When finished (one rise cycle), take out and shape into loaf and place in standard bread pan (8½" x 4½"). Drape loaf lightly with greased plastic wrap, and let rise for 1½ hours, or until crowned about 1" over top of pan. Bake bread in 350 deg oven for 35-40 mins or until done. >From: pasquale@...
