Aduki, orzo and pepper salad

| ½ | cup | Packed Italian parsley,, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Dressing made with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic |
| Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
| Crumbled goat or feta cheese for garnish | ||
Directions
Mix the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper; garnish with cheese.
