7 grain vegetable soup

Ingredients

| 2 | quarts | Water |
| 1 | quart | Tomatoes & juice |
| 1 | cup | AM 7 Grain Cereal (uncooked) |
| 1 | can | Green beans & juice |
| 3 | Celery stalks; chopped | |
| 1 | can | Whole kernel corn & juice |
| 6 | ounces | Jar sliced mushrooms |
| 3 | cups | Squash, cubed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| Sea salt; to taste OR- vegetable seasoning | ||
Directions
INTO A LARGE KETTLE PUT
BRING TO A BOIL, THEN ADD
Bring to boil and simmer, covered for 1 hour. Add 1 tablespoon of AM Canola Oil before serving, and a handful of chopped parsley. Any other vegetables of choice may be added or substituted.
