Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Paprika (Hungarian is best) |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper to taste |
| 4 | (4-6 oz.) halibut steaks, thawed if necessary | |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle approximately ½ teaspoon spice mixture over the surface of each halibut steak before broiling. Broil 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Save remaining spice mixture in airtight container for future uses.
