Ingredients

| 1 | can | Spam, ground |
| ½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cooking oil |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ¾ | cup | Ketchup |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | large | Can lima beans, drained |
| ¾ | cup | Water |
Directions
Combine ground Spam and bread crumbs. Form into small meatballs; brown a few at a time in hot oil in skillet. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add onion and celery to skillet; saute until tender (do not brown). Stir in ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, lima beans and water. Bring to a boil. Combine bean mixture and meatballs. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 04-01-95
