10 minute german sweet chocolate cream pie

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each Pk 4 oz Sweet baking Chocolate
⅓ cup Milk, divided
2 tablespoons Sugar
8 ounces Frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 each Graham cracker crust
\N \N Chocolate curls, for Garnish
3 ounces Cream cheese, softened

Combine sweet baking chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in top of a boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Beat cream cheese at high speed of an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add reserved chocolate mixture and remaining 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon milk, beating until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; spoon into crust. Garnish, if desired. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
