Zaporozhste yogurt chicken

Ingredients

2eachesBay leaves
1cupCarrots shredded
1teaspoonDill fresh, chopped
2largesCloves garlic, crushed
1teaspoonNutmeg
½teaspoonThyme
cupYogurt,plain
cupPlain breadcrumbs
4Skinless, boneless chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put yogurt in medium-sized bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and other spices. Mix thoroughly. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl.

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip each breast first into yogurt mixture, covering top and bottom. Next, roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating the chicken.
