Yugeno (peruvian brandy with orange juice)

Ingredients

| 1½ | ounce | Orange juice, fresh | 
| 1½ | ounce | Pisco; Peruvian brandy | 
| 4 | Ice cubes | |
| 4 oz. cocktail glass, cold | ||
Directions
Combine the orange juice, pisco and ice cubes in a mixing glass, and place a bar shaker on top of the glass.  Grasping the glass and shaker firmly together with both hands, shake them vigorously 9 or 10 times. 
Remove the shaker, and place a strainer over the mixing glass.  Then pour the yugeno into a chilled cocktail glass.
