Arance con zucchero (sugared sliced oranges)

Measure Ingredient
6 larges Navel Oranges
Sugar -- to taste
1 teaspoon Lemon Peel -- grated
6 tablespoons Marsala Wine -- (sweet)

Peel the oranges carefully and slice thin, reserving the juice. Place the slices and juice on a large, shallow platter and sprinkle with sugar, lemon peel and marsala. Toss very gently, cover, and chill for a few hours before serving.

Serves 6-8.
