|6 larges||Navel Oranges|
|Sugar -- to taste|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon Peel -- grated|
|6 tablespoons||Marsala Wine -- (sweet)|
Peel the oranges carefully and slice thin, reserving the juice. Place the slices and juice on a large, shallow platter and sprinkle with sugar, lemon peel and marsala. Toss very gently, cover, and chill for a few hours before serving.
