Winter pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Cloves
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Seedless raisins
½ cup Finely ground carrot
½ cup Hot water
1 cup Coarsely chopped apple

Combine all dry ingredients, and add to the raisins and carrot. Add water, bring to a boil and simmer about 5 minutes. Then add apple.
