½poundsCrystal Malt
½cupChocolate Malt
2ouncesHallertauer Hops; boiling
½ounceHallertauer Hops; finishing
1packLager yeast
¾cupCorn sugar; bottling

Directions

Add chocolate and crystal malts to 1½ gal of cold water and bring to a boil. Remove grains when boiling starts. Add malt extract and boiling hops and boil 45-60 min. Add finishing hops during final 2-5 min. Sparge and pitch when cool. Bottle when ready.
