Measure Ingredient
36 xes Chicken wings, tips removed (and saved for stock!)
1⅞ pint Peanut oil
¾ cup Chili sauce, commercial (hei nz)
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Vinegar
1½ tablespoon Prepared yellow mustard
1½ tablespoon Worchestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
⅜ cup Onion, finely chopped
¾ cup Green bell pepper, finely ch opped
¾ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Black pepper, ground
⅜ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 15 mn Make sauce by combining all ingredients except the wings & Peanut oil.
