1½ tablespoon | Prepared yellow mustard |
1½ tablespoon | Worchestershire sauce (lea & perrins) |
⅜ cup | Onion, finely chopped |
¾ cup | Green bell pepper, finely ch opped |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
¾ teaspoon | Black pepper, ground |
⅜ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 15 mn Make sauce by combining all ingredients except the wings & Peanut oil.
