¾cupChili sauce, commercial (hei nz)
3tablespoonsLemon juice
3tablespoonsVinegar
tablespoonPrepared yellow mustard
tablespoonWorchestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
cupOnion, finely chopped
¾cupGreen bell pepper, finely ch opped
¾teaspoonSalt
¾teaspoonBlack pepper, ground
teaspoonCayenne pepper

Directions

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 15 mn Make sauce by combining all ingredients except the wings & Peanut oil.
