Wilted greens with pears & walnuts

Ingredients

| 2 | eaches | Leeks, chopped, white parts only |
| 6 | cups | Kohlrabi leaves, torn |
| 2 | eaches | Pears, peeled, cored & sliced |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | cup | Walnuts, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Toasted sesame oil |
| Black pepper, to taste | ||
Directions
Place leeks & kohlrabi leaves (washed but not dried) in a covered pot & steam them for 5 minutes. Drain.
Bake the pears, salt, cinnamon & walnuts in an oven preheated to 350F for 15 minutes. Combine with leeks & kohlrabi & sprinkle with oil & pepper. Serve.
