Grilled pears with salad greens

Measure Ingredient
4 Pears; cut lengthways into
; 1 cm slices
A little sugar
4 tablespoons 'matchstick' cut ginger; fried until crisp
Macadamias or pecans
Salad greens
Dressing of olive; macadamia oils and
; balsamic vinegar

Sprinkle a little sugar on pears and grill until tender and brown. Pile greens on plate, arrange pears on top and scatter nuts and dressing.

Finally, throw ginger crisps on top.
