1Shallot; peeled & chopped
¼cupApple cider vinegar
1teaspoonSugar
cupWalnut oil
cupCanola oil
Salt & pepper; to taste
4cupsSalad greens

Directions

For the vinaigrette: In a blender or food processor combine the apple and shallot and blend until smooth. Add the vinegar and sugar and blend well.

Add the oil, pouring in a thin stream, to create a smooth and creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine.

Pour the desired amount of dressing over the greens and serve immediately.
