Whole wheat pizza dough

Ingredients

1 | pack | Yeast, dry active |
1 | cup | Warm water (110 degrees) |
1 | teaspoon | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2½ | cup | Whole-wheat flour |
Cornmeal |
Directions
1. In medium sized bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with honey.
Stir remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Be sure all flour is absorbed.
Form into ball and let rest 5 minutes.
2. Spray pizza pan with PAM or use non stick 14 inch pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal.
3. Divide dough in half. (This recipe makes enough dough for 2 crusts. If your only making one pizza, freeze extra crust after rolling out) With lightly floured rolling pin, rolldough on very lightly floured surface into 15 inch circle. Place dough over pizza pan and press down to fit, leaving edges overlappin about 1 inch.
