Favorite pizza dough

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water (Warm)
1 pack Dry yeast
\N \N Let stand 5 mins.
\N \N Add:
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil

Beat well.

Than add 1½ cups of unbleached flour, beat until smooth. Add remaining 1 ½ cups of flour.

knead if you need to. Then spread in to a 16 ½ X 10 ½ X ½ inch pan. Spread on you favorite sauce and toppings. Bake for apx 15-20 mins. at 450 degrees.
