Weight watcher's shrimp primavera

4 teaspoons Vegetable oil
1½ cup Broccoli
½ cup Carrots; sliced
1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
2 Cloves garlic
1 cup Chicken broth; low-sodium
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
15 ounces Shrimp; raw
2 cups Pasta; bow-tie
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes; crushed

Whisk in broth and cornstarch to the skillet mixture. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp start to turn pink, about three minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss. Yields 4 servings. Each serving provides: 1 fat, 1½ proteins, 1 ½ vegetables, 1 bread and 35 optional calories.
