Easy white mousse

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Bar white chocolate; broken up
1½ cup Whipping cream
1½ cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Microwave baking bar and ½ cup cream in medium for 1 min..stir and addtional 10 to 20 min.stirring until smooth, cool completely.

Beat remaining cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form.

Fold melted baking bar mixture into whipped cream, chill.

Layer firm or soft mousee with fresh berry slices.
