Warm haricots verts relish

6 | ounces | Bacon, chopped |
1 | cup | Julienne red onions |
1 | pounds | Haricots verts, blanched |
Salt | ||
Freshly ground black pepper | ||
1 | tablespoon | Chopped garlic |
Directions
In a large saute pan, over medium heat, render the bacon until crispy. Pour off half of the grease. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add the haricots verts. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
