Measure | Ingredient |

6 ounces | Bacon, chopped |
1 cup | Julienne red onions |
1 pounds | Haricots verts, blanched |
\N \N | Salt |
\N \N | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon | Chopped garlic |
In a large saute pan, over medium heat, render the bacon until crispy. Pour off half of the grease. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add the haricots verts. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
