Yield: 4 servings
|6 ounces||Bacon, chopped|
|1 cup||Julienne red onions|
|1 pounds||Haricots verts, blanched|
|\N \N||Freshly ground black pepper|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped garlic|
In a large saute pan, over medium heat, render the bacon until crispy. Pour off half of the grease. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add the haricots verts. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
