Lobster and haricot vert relish

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
½ pounds Haricot vert; blanched
2 tablespoons Minced shallots
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
½ pounds Cooked lobster meat; diced
Parsley
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Add the haricot vert. Saute for 1 minute. Add the shallots, garlic, lobster meat and parsley. Saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. This recipe yields ?? relish.
