Lobster & haricot vert relish

Measure Ingredient
1.00 tablespoon olive oil
½ pounds haricot vert; blanched
2.00 tablespoon minced shallots
2.00 teaspoon minced garlic
½ pounds cooked lobster meat; diced
1 \N parsley
1 \N salt; to taste
1 \N freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

In a saute pan, heat the olive oil. Add the haricot vert. Saute for 1 minute. Add the shallots, garlic, lobster meat and parsley. Saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. This recipe yields ?? relish.
