Wan tan (wonton)

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Ground pork
1 pounds Spinach; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ginger; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pack Wonton wrappers
1 \N Egg
\N \N Peanut oil for deep frying

FILLING

WRAPPERS

1. Mix ground pork, spinach, soy sauce, ginger and salt in a bowl.

2. Place ½ tbsp on wrapper and fold, seal with egg.

3. Deep fry at 375F and serve with sweet and sour sauce, or use in wonton soup.
