Waldine's salsa

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Tomatoes; seed -- chop
1 large Purple onion -- chop
2 \N Cloves garlic -- minced or if you like, chopped
1 \N Green pepper; seed -- chop
4 \N Jalapeno peppers; seed -- chopped
1 can Rotel Chile & Tomatoes
⅛ cup Olive oil
⅛ cup Balsamic vinegar
\N \N Cilantro -- chopped (opt'l)

Mix all and refrigerate in a glass jar. Keeps a long time. I used on grilled fish, chops, scrambled eggs, etc. MM Format Norma Wrenn npxr56b
