Waffles - toastmaster

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup FLOUR
2 teaspoons BAKING POWDER
1 tablespoon SUGAR
½ teaspoon SALT
3 eaches EGG YOLKS, BEATEN
3 eaches EGG WHITES, BEATEN STIFF
1½ cup MILK
⅓ cup OIL

MEASURE DRY INGREDIENT INTO A MIXING BOWL. COMBINE EGG YOLKS AND MILK.

STIR INTO DRY MIX. STIR IN OIL. CAREFULLY FOLD IN EGG WHITES.

DO NOT OVER MIX.

POUR INTO WAFFLE IRON BY ⅔ CUPFULS. CLOSE IRON AND BAKE ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS WITH IRON.
