Vicki's noodles and mushrooms

Ingredients

1largeOnion; diced
1Green pepper; diced
½cupOil
½cupCreamed corn
1cupTomato soup
1pack(5-oz) noodles; cooked as directed
1can(3-oz) olives; chopped (green or ripe; as desired)
1can(4-oz) mushrooms; drained
Grated cheese

Directions

Saute onion and pepper in oil until clear. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into casserole. Chill. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Note: Browned ground beef may be added before baking.
