Vicki's noodles and mushrooms

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Onion; diced
1 Green pepper; diced
½ cup Oil
½ cup Creamed corn
1 cup Tomato soup
1 pack (5-oz) noodles; cooked as directed
1 can (3-oz) olives; chopped (green or ripe; as desired)
1 can (4-oz) mushrooms; drained
Grated cheese

Saute onion and pepper in oil until clear. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into casserole. Chill. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Note: Browned ground beef may be added before baking.
