Vicki's noodles and mushrooms

Ingredients

| 1 | large | Onion; diced |
| 1 | Green pepper; diced | |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| ½ | cup | Creamed corn |
| 1 | cup | Tomato soup |
| 1 | pack | (5-oz) noodles; cooked as directed |
| 1 | can | (3-oz) olives; chopped (green or ripe; as desired) |
| 1 | can | (4-oz) mushrooms; drained |
| Grated cheese | ||
Directions
Saute onion and pepper in oil until clear. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into casserole. Chill. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Note: Browned ground beef may be added before baking.
