Yield: 6 Servings
|1 large||Onion; diced|
|1||Green pepper; diced|
|½ cup||Creamed corn|
|1 cup||Tomato soup|
|1 pack||(5-oz) noodles; cooked as directed|
|1 can||(3-oz) olives; chopped (green or ripe; as desired)|
|1 can||(4-oz) mushrooms; drained|
Saute onion and pepper in oil until clear. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into casserole. Chill. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Note: Browned ground beef may be added before baking.
