Elegant mushrooms with noodles

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh mushrooms; sliced
4 tablespoons Butter (no substitute!)
8 ounces Noodles
½ cup Whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup Gruyere cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute mushrooms in butter. Cook noodles; drain. Add mushrooms, cream, cheeses, salt and pepper. Toss and serve immediately. Garnish with minced fresh parsley. This is a nice alternative for potatoes or rice.
