Vermicelli salad~

Ingredients

½cupSweet pickle juice
6ouncesFrench salad dressing
2Garlic cloves -- mashed
1tablespoonPoppy seeds
1teaspoonCelery seed
1teaspoonCaraway seed
¼teaspoonCayenne pepper
½teaspoonSalt
½poundsDiced celery
1bunchGreen onions -- chopped
¼cupFresh parsley -- chopped

Directions

Break vermicelli into 1" pieces, and cook according to package directions. Mix pickle juice, French dressing, garlic, and seasonings and pour over warm vermicelli. Chill. One hour before serving, add celery, green onions and parsley.
