Vegetable turkey pockets

cupOven roasted turkey breast
Strips
¼cupLight ranch dressing
¼cupLight Mayonnaise
½cupChopped cucumber
½cupShredded carrot
1teaspoonDried basil leaves, crushed
2Pita breads, cut in half
Lettuce leaves
1smallTomato, chopped

Directions

Mix turkey, dressing, mayo, cucumber, carrot, tomato and basil.

Refrigerate. Fill pita bread halves with lettuce and turkey mixture.
