Yield: 4 Sandwiches
|1½ cup||Oven roasted turkey breast|
|¼ cup||Light ranch dressing|
|¼ cup||Light Mayonnaise|
|½ cup||Chopped cucumber|
|½ cup||Shredded carrot|
|1 teaspoon||Dried basil leaves, crushed|
|2 \N||Pita breads, cut in half|
|\N \N||Lettuce leaves|
|1 small||Tomato, chopped|
Mix turkey, dressing, mayo, cucumber, carrot, tomato and basil.
Refrigerate. Fill pita bread halves with lettuce and turkey mixture.
