2 pounds | Bonelss veal steak |
1 cup | Chopped parsley |
6 tablespoons | Butter |
\N \N | Salt and white pepper |
½ cup | Water |
1 cup | Cream |
Cut meat into serving size portions. Pound flat. Combine parsley and 4 tablespoon of the butter. Spread on veal. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
