Veal birds (kalf kyckling)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Bonelss veal steak
1 cup Chopped parsley
6 tablespoons Butter
\N \N Salt and white pepper
½ cup Water
1 cup Cream

Cut meat into serving size portions. Pound flat. Combine parsley and 4 tablespoon of the butter. Spread on veal. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roll up each piece. Secure with picks. Brown in remaining butter. Add water. Cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Add cream. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes but do not boil. Serve with baked potatoes. serves 6-8 Posted to Recipe Archive - 22 Sep 96 submitted by: LeiG@...
