Yield: 42 Servings
|½ cup||Butter (no substitutes); softened|
|1 tablespoon||Vanilla extract|
|1⅓ cup||All-purpose flour|
|¾ teaspoon||Baking powder|
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
