Turkey with gin and juniper

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 pounds Turkey breast - cut into strips; (450g)
3 tablespoons Gin
½ teaspoon Schwartz Juniper Berries - crushed
; lightly
3 fluid ounce Chicken stock; (75ml)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ pint Single cream; (150ml)
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
