Turkey with gin and juniper

1poundsTurkey breast - cut into strips; (450g)
3tablespoonsGin
½teaspoonSchwartz Juniper Berries - crushed
; lightly
3fluid ounceChicken stock; (75ml)
1teaspoonLemon juice
¼pintSingle cream; (150ml)
Salt
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
