|1 tablespoon||Cooking oil|
|1 pounds||Turkey breast - cut into strips; (450g)|
|½ teaspoon||Schwartz Juniper Berries - crushed|
|3 fluid ounce||Chicken stock; (75ml)|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|¼ pint||Single cream; (150ml)|
|Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper|
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
