Turkey shortcakes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Process cheese
2 tablespoons Chicken broth or milk
2 cups Cubed cooked turkey *or*
15 ounces Canned boned turkey (opt.)
1½ teaspoon Minced onion, instant
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper

Place cheese and broth in double broiler. Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to blend. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.

Serve over hot toast, hot biscuits or corn bread.
