Measure Ingredient
2 \N Pieces Lavosh bread
8 ounces Low-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons Favorite fresh herbs - minced
1 bunch Spinach leaves
1 bunch Arugula leaves
½ pounds Sliced turkey breast

Directions: Warm the Lavosh bread in the oven. While warming, in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and herbs. Remove bread from oven and gently spread one side with the cream cheese mixture. Lay a piece of spinach onto cheese mixture, then the arugula and top with a slice of turkey. Roll the Lavosh bread and then slice into pieces.
