Oven chicken reuben

Ingredients

4Chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1can(16 oz.) sauerkraut, well-drained
4slicesSwiss cheese
cupThousand Island salad dressing
1tablespoonChopped parsley

Directions

Place chicken in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper or other spices.

Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover w/foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1-½ hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle w/chopped parsley.
