Oven chicken reuben

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, well-drained
4 slices Swiss cheese
1¼ cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Place chicken in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper or other spices.

Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover w/foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1-½ hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle w/chopped parsley.
