Oven chicken reuben

Ingredients

| 4 | Chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 1 | can | (16 oz.) sauerkraut, well-drained | 
| 4 | slices | Swiss cheese | 
| 1¼ | cup | Thousand Island salad dressing | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley | 
Directions
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper or other spices. 
Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover w/foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1-½ hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle w/chopped parsley.
