Tropical spinach salad

3Navel oranges; peeled and
; sectioned
1Whole carrot; cut lengthwise into
; strips
1cupHoney-orange vinaigrette
2Tomatoes; diced fine
2tablespoonsDry-roasted pistachios; shelled

Directions

1. Toss spinach, orange sections and carrot strips with Honey-Orange Vinaigrette.

2. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and pistachios. Serve.
