| ½ | pounds | Ground pork |
| 1 | Onion, chopped | |
| 1 | Clove, garlic | |

| ½ | teaspoon | Savory or thyme |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Celery salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| ½ | cup | Water |
Directions
In a pot mix together ½ lb each lean ground beef and ½ lb ground pork and all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer for 20 minutes. Add ½ cup breadcrumbs spoon by spoon until the fat is absorbed. Cool mixture. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Add the top crust. Cook 25 minutes in a preheated 450F oven.
